Every room is key card locked as is entry to the main part of the building, security lockers in every room, we also provide a 24 hour reception and have security staff during the night.

Our transport links are perfect, the location of the hostel in London is amazing.  We are located within 4 minutes walking distance with luggage from Russell Square Tube or Metro Station which is directly linked to both Heathrow Airport and Kings Cross St Pancras for the Eurostar Train. We are directly linked either by bus or the tube to every major train and bus station in London. There are 24 hour buses running next to the hostel, making us accessible at day or night.

We offer budget hostel London but still ensure that your safety and comfort are our primary concerns. Every room has been built with the backpacker in mind, each room has custom build beds, design with privacy and functionality in mind. The beds have curtains and panels ensuring that your stay is private and comfortable. The rooms are locked with electronic key card locking systems and we provide lockers and safes in the rooms which use the same locking system. Reception is open 24 hour to help you with any questions or problems you may have. All rooms are cleaned daily and maintenance checks performed weekly, making us one of the safest hostels in London.

• ·         SECURITY DEPOSIT: Additional to your stay, we will require a GBP 10.00 cash security deposit to hold for the duration of your stay. This deposit will be reduced for any damages, lost or stolen items, or for late check-out. Barring this, it will be returned in full at check-out.

• ·         CHECK-IN: Check-in is 24-hours from 11am on the day of arrival. Same-day early arrivals may store their luggage free of charge.

• ·         PAYMENT: all payment is due on arrival to the hostel. Please have your payment plan sorted. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% bank-issued surcharge.

• ·         CHECK-OUT: Check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Late check outs are subject to a GBP 10.00 late check-out fee.

• ·         AGE: We welcome all ages, but we recommend guests from 16-45 years in shared accommodation. We require guests under 12 to be booked into private accommodation. If booking a dormitory for a family, please email us before booking to guarantee private placement is available.

Terms & Conditions  

Adult: Any person who is above 16 years of age.
Child: Any person who is at or below 16 years of age.

         General

1.      All bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2.      Rooms/Dorms are available from 11:00am on the day of arrival; however if you arrive early you are welcome to drop off any luggage in the morning at the hostel.

3.      Check out time is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

4.      Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult.

5.      The recommended age to stay at our hostels is between 16-60 years.

a.      All our hostels have Bunk Beds which might not be convenient for physically challenged and older customers. Since all our Hostel premises are listed buildings, we are not in a position to make alterations to make it suitable and more user friendly for physically challenged and older customers.

6.      Check-in Deposit

a.      A Deposit of £10.00 per person will be charged at the time check-in for the swipe card(s) and the Linen/ Blanket(s) provided. The deposit is only accepted in cash (in GBP only). This deposit will be refunded to you on departure.

b.      You would lose your Deposit:

                                        i.              If you check out later than 10:00 AM of your departure day.

ii.                    If you lose the Swipe Card, Linen or Blanket.

iii.                   If your behaviour results in you being asked to leave the hostel.

         Payments

1.      In order to secure your booking you must pay a Booking Deposit (non-refundable) equal to 10% of Total Booking Amount.

2.      We accept all cash payments in British Pounds (GBP) only. Although all our Hostels have the Currency Exchange facility to Convert Euros and Dollars to British Pounds (GBP).

3.      Credit/Debit Card Payments

a.      If payment is made using a Credit/Debit card an additional charge of 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.

b.     The person paying through the Credit/ Debit Card should be present at the time of check in with the same Credit/ Debit Card with which the payment was made. If not, the customer will have to pay in cash and the charges made on the Credit/ Debit Card will be refunded in full.

You will be asked to produce a confirmation from the holder of the card along with a legible photocopy of the Credit/ Debit Card (both sides) through which the payment was made along with a legible signed photocopy of a personal Identification (Passport) of the person holding the card.

4.     If you make a payment in a Currency other than GBP, at the time of Check-in the balance payment will be converted to GBP based on that day’s conversion rate.

         Cancellations

To cancel a Booking you should notify us in writing. “Writing” means letter, fax or email.

1.      We require 24 Hours notice to cancel a Booking. Please Note that the Booking Deposit is Non-refundable in any circumstances. The 24 Hours are counted backwards from the Check-in time (11:00 AM) on the Arrival Date (and not the time of arrival you have mentioned while making the Booking).

2.      If cancelling is within 24 Hours of arrival date, we will charge the full amount for the first night of your stay.

3.     Weekly Bookings: Since a huge discount is given on all the weekly bookings, the payment once made is not refundable under any circumstances. 

Subject to availability, you may change your booking before your arrival date.

1.      Changes requested within 24 hours of the date of arrival will be treated as cancellations (see “Cancellations” above).

2.      Changes to a confirmed reservation (e.g. changes in dates of stay or changes in numbers of people and nights booked) are subject to availability of a suitable alternative and are subject to any additional costs incurred in making the changes to accommodate your request.

3.      If you prepone or postpone an entire booking you would be expected to pay the difference in the rates/tariff based on the date the booking is moved to.

4.      We will inform you of the amount of any additional costs when you request any changes and shall agree such costs with you before any such changed are confirmed.

5.      For any decrease in the number of nights and/or people in a confirmed booking, an admin charge equal to 10% of the charges for the number of nights and/or people being reduced will be charged.

6.      All changes will be subject to the availability of a suitable alternative.

         Refunds

         Weekly Bookings

Weekly Bookings: Since a huge discount is given on all the weekly bookings, the payment once made is not refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.

         Special Offers

Any special offers from time to time will have their own terms & conditions attached with it.

         Behaviour

If your behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable or causes damage, your booking may be terminated and you may be asked to leave our hostel premises. No whole or part refunds will be made under these circumstances.

We shall not be liable to you for property left in the rooms, our lockers or the luggage room, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property which may occur within the hostel.

         Delay or Failure to Perform

We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performing of any of our obligations to you if this is due to any causes beyond our reasonable control including (without limitations): act of terrorism, an act of God, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.
